Account & Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and associated data. Dream4 provides the following options:
Preferred Method (In-App)
Navigate to your Account page within the application and select the option to delete your account. This is the quickest and most direct way.
Alternative Method (Via Contact Form)
If you cannot access your account, please use the contact form above to submit your deletion request. Ensure you provide sufficient information for us to identify your account.
Data Retention Policy
- Upon successful account deletion, personally identifiable information (like your email and name) will be removed or anonymized.
- Anonymized usage data (e.g., feature interaction frequency) may be retained for analytical purposes to improve our services.
- Data required for legal or regulatory compliance may be retained for the mandated period.
