dream4 is an online platform designed to motivate users to achieve their personal and professional goals through goal tracking, journaling, notifications, and an interactive chatbot. The chatbot provides motivational support and conversational engagement; however, it is NOT a substitute for professional help. The Service explicitly does NOT provide medical advice, mental health counseling, legal consultation, financial advice, or any form of professional services. All interactions and reliance on the content provided by the Service are at your own risk. If you need professional help, please consult qualified professionals in the relevant field.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or using our Service.

• Account Creation: In order to access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Service Provided "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• No Professional Advice: The chatbot and all content provided by dream4 are for motivational and informational purposes only. They are NOT and should NOT be considered as: (a) medical or mental health advice, (b) professional counseling, (c) legal consultation, (d) financial advice, or (e) any other form of professional services. You must seek qualified professional help for any medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional matters. dream4's AI chatbot is a motivational tool only and should not be used as a substitute for professional help.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Emergency Situations: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or any situation requiring immediate professional attention, contact emergency services immediately or seek appropriate professional help. The Service is not designed to handle emergency situations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prodfact, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prodfact and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes related to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and the European Union, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Estonia.
